Our ‘Refined Scholar’ is a bracelet made Baltic amber, green jade and coconut stem.
The diameter of each amber bead is approx. 11.5mm, the diameter of green jade bead is 12mm, the diameter of coconut stem pad is 10mm.

Each yellow bead is handmade of top-quality Baltic amber. The shape of each individual bead is slightly different. The natural patterns on each bead are characteristic and unique.
All amber beads of this bracelet come from one big piece of amber. Therefore, the beads keep the same colour tone. No any kinds of artificial enhancement.
One of the amber bead owns an eye-like pattern.
It is naturally formed, but harvested by our skilful craftsman.
The two black pads are handmade of high quality coconut stem, carefully selected.
The green bead is made of premium class of green jade, extremely high purity with wonderful green colour especial under some light. Flawless. No any kinds of artificial enhancement.
It is hand-carved into a bamboo stalk shape.
Bamboo plays an important role in traditional Chinese culture. It is even regarded as a behavior model of the gentleman. As bamboo has features such as uprightness, tenacity, and modesty, people endow bamboo with integrity, elegance, and plainness, though it is not physically strong.
As a spiritual symbol, bamboo is highly appreciated by scholars. Countless poems praising bamboo written by ancient Chinese scholars are actually metaphorically about people who exhibited these characteristics.
A poem written by one of the most famous scholar Su Shi (1036-1101) in Chinese Song Dynasty says,
The carving is inspired by nature.

Both the amber and green jade beads are finished with matt-polishing.
